Qualifications
As mentioned in my 'About' page, I began studying Sports Massage Therapy at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. After 18 months of theory and delayed practise, I finally was able to use PPE to gain hands on experience through voluntary clients. Barnes School of Sports Therapy, based just outside of Bath, taught me the basics of massage, advancing to sports massage techniques, as well as how to create consultation forms and how to assess the body, checking for anomalies in posture, shape, and tone, and asking clients questions to gain a good knowledge of their active history. At Barnes, they are not only a school for learning, but a place for treatments and healing, using electrotherapy techniques and manual approaches too.

Continued Professional Development
To ensure you have the best treatments possible, every therapist should study Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses. This is because through research treatments are constantly improving, approaches are changing their angles, and its also a great opportunity for therapists like me to engage with others who have a different outlook to recovery and maintenance of the body.
Below are all my qualifications for courses I've attended from 2022 to present.
