First-time Appointments requirements:

Client's address must have enough space for a massage couch, 190cm in length and 1m width.

It is preferred that new clients choose a 60 minute service initially to allow for assessment and consultation form.

+£10 travel fee if located between 11-20 miles (from Trowbridge, BA14 0AZ). Any distances further than this, please contact me for a price.

45-Minute Sports Massage

Dry Cupping

+£10 (reducing to £5 on 1/4/26)

Dry Cupping comes alongside a massage appointment.

Its benefits are:

Improved blood flow
Toxin removal
Tension relief
Stimulation of nervous system
Accelerated recovery through the immune response
Improves scar tissue recovery & appearance
Short or long-term pain relief

Leaves a circular cupping mark for 5-20 days after treatment.

Kinesiology Taping

K Taping comes alongside a massage appointment.

Joint support during rest

Improved lymphatic drainage (waste products)
Accelerated recovery time

Used commonly by sports performers, e.g. rugby, football, hockey, cricket, netball, golf, etc.

Can be worn for 3-5days (or until peeling occurs). Also useful for helping with everyday tasks, e.g. walking, standing, running, housework, gardening, office work, etc.

Sports Taping

Sports Taping comes alongside a massage appointment.

Common tapes used = Tiger Tan Sport tape, Zinc Oxide tape, Elastic Adhesive Bandage (EAB), Elastic Club Sport Tape.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made the day before an appointment.

Cancelled/postponed appointments made on the day will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total session price. Failure to show at the appointment on my arrival results in a 100% payment. Upon receiving bank details, this payment should be made as soon as possible and failure to do so will lead to refusal of future treatments.

Please make every effort to book all appointments without risk of cancellation.
